Privacy shield/SSL
We endeavour to ensure that your personal information is secure therefore have full site SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Unfortunately however, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your home computer or any information sent over the internet or any publicly accessible communications network and using any online communications services are at the user’s own risk. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we can't guarantee its absolute security.

We offer our customers the option of how they would like their refunds paid and contact you within two weeks of your event to confirm your method of choice and bank details (where refunds are via bank transfer) in order to obtain your details for the refund. Once the refund has been received your bank details are destroyed.

Retention of information
Strawberry Fayre retain your information for our records only except to comply with legal obligations/tax laws where necessary. From time to time we may contact you about promotions if we feel they may be of interest to you. If you no longer want Strawberry Fayre to use your information to provide services to you, you may contact us to request that your details are removed from our records.
We continually review what personal information and records we hold, and delete what is no longer required. We never store payment card data.
Electronic data and databases that contain supporter personal data are stored on secure computer systems and we manage who has access to that data (using both physical and electronic means).
All hard-copy records and data are managed securely in access-restricted storage.

Third parties

We respect your privacy. Strawberry Fayre do not collect or share your information with any third parties except where we have a legal obligation to do so. The information which you provide is optional and is used solely to fulfil our services to you the customer.

Marketing
From time to time Strawberry Fayre may contact you via email or social media regarding a promotion or offer which we are running which we feel may be of interest to you. It is your right to opt out of such marketing.
Upon booking with Strawberry Fayre a booking form is completed by the customer. Customers are asked for consent to use pictures of their event for promotional purposes.  It is within your rights to refuse. Photos obtained are from the customer and are used with their permission for marketing purposes. Photos are used on both the website www.strawberryfayre.co.uk and social media platforms namely Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and on occasions Pinterest.
Customer feedback is always welcomed and with your permission we will use and publish such feedback on our social media platforms and on our website.

We use social media platforms to inform our customers of events/ideas which may be of interest. We appreciate our customers liking or sharing our tweets and posts however we have no control over and take no responsibility for the security and practices of these sites - it is your responsibility to read and agree to their individual privacy policies.
