There's nowhere quite like South Devon in the sunshine! And, as the @strawberry_fayr team were in need of a much needed break after a busy few months, we decided to pack up and head off to indulge our senses and appetites sampling the very best the Devonshire countryside and hospitality had tooffer.

And... We were not disappointed!

Sampling the cream teas in the Seabreeze cafe over looking the stunning Slapton Sands, a deli in Dartmouth, and The Greenway, the stunning property formerly owned by Agatha Christie. We indulged in first class fish and chips at Hope Cove Cafe; crab claws at Start Bay Inn and last but not least banana bread oozing with Devon butter at the Dartmouth Deli.

We also enjoyed lots of walks along coastal paths; exploring new seaside towns and experiencing the famous Salcombe crab festival, so thankfully we are not returning home to face a month in the gym!

Our holiday in Devon certainly satisfied our appetites and inspired us to be more creative with our own cooking. We would love to hear about your foodie holiday adventures and any dishes you will be trying back in your kitchen this summer!
